GENERAL

7:30am - Registration opens & helmet tech
8:30am - Drivers Meeting
9:00am - Track opens
5:00pm - Track closed
7:00pm - Off premises
NO LUNCH BREAK, EAT DURING TIME OFF TRACK OR SKIP YOUR RUN GROUP 

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED

Helmets will be inspected (due to speeds, we want to ensure safety)
Snell 2010M or SA valid until 3/31/2025
Snell 2015M or SA valid until 3/31/2030
Snell 2020M or SA available October 1, 2020
Snell SA is required with a roll cage
No Loaner Helmets available, for health and safety reasons 

GROUPS

Three run groups (20 min each hour)
Novice – No or little experience lapping
Intermediate – Some experience at lapping
Advanced – Experienced at lapping 

SPECTATORS & CREWMEMBERS

Spectators are allowed, You are also allowed one crew member / passenger per vehicle who has to sign the waiver if entering the track. 

VEHICLES

Vehicles will not be inspected, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the vehicle is up to snuff.
ANY vehicle is welcome other than - Lifted trucks / cars, motorcycles, ATV's, dirt bikes. 

ENTERING AND EXITING

Entering the track, proceed towards pit entrance, line up, wait for flag man to signal you.
Exiting the track, pull off down the pit road, stop before the flag man and wait for the signal to proceed to the paddock.  

PASSING

Passing will only be permitted by signalling
This will be covered in the drivers meeting. 

PAY ATTENTION

Anyone not following the rules or creating unsafe circumstances may be asked to leave. Depending on the severity it could also lead to a ONE and ONLY warning. RULES WILL BE POSTED IN THE PADDOCK. There are also absolutely no refunds for any reason.

FLAGS

YELLOW:		Signals a caution, which indicates that drivers should slow down to a significantly reduced speed. Debris on the track or a stopped vehicle are typically the chief culprits for this flag.
RED:		Signifies the session must be stopped immediately, regardless of the cars’ position on the track. This is usually for safety reasons and must be adhered to without fault.
BLACK:		Whichever driver is given the black flag must return to pit road immediately.
CHECKERED:		This indicates that the driving session has concluded.
